→ Take regular stock of the collective progress
→ Manage the progress of team members

Individual action plan
At the end of the training course, each participant is invited to build a personal action plan based on the tool sheet provided by the trainer.
This work allows each trainee to be an actor in his or her own progress in the following weeks and months.
