The information collected on this site is recorded in a computer file used by Design Control to respond to your request. We undertake not to pass on any information about you to third parties.

The data is kept for a period of 10 years and is intended for use by the services related to your request. Your personal data is stored either in our databases or in those of our service providers, which are located within the European Union. We attach great importance to the security of your data and therefore take all appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access to it.

Your personal data will remain our property and will not be transferred outside the European Union.

All requests by post or e-mail must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will be sent to you within one month of receipt of the request. If, after having contacted us, you feel that your « Data Protection » rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
